AG Audit Sikkim Invites Quotations for IT Assets AMC: Apply by Feb 25

The Office of the Accountant General (Audit), Sikkim, has released a Notice Inviting Quotation (NIQ) for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of its IT infrastructure. Issued on February 16, 2026, under Notice No. ADMN (AU)/AMC/25-26/43, the tender seeks authorized firms to maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and projectors located at Lekha Pariksha Bhawan, Gangtok.

Scope of Work and Contract Duration

Eligibility Criteria for Bidders

Interested vendors must meet specific qualification standards to participate in this tender:

• Experience: The firm must have been in the trade for at least two years and possess two years of experience in maintenance work for Govt. Organizations or PSUs.
• Documentation: Bidders must attach Performance Certificates from existing clients and Income Tax Returns/Clearance Certificates for the last two years.
• Authorization: The quotation must enclose adequate documents to prove service authorization claims.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Penalty

The selected vendor is required to visit the office at least twice a week. The resolution time for tasks is set at 48 hours. Failure to attend to calls within two days of the stipulated time may attract a penalty of minimum 2% to maximum 5% of the contract amount. Additionally, if a peripheral fails, the vendor must replace parts with the same or higher configuration without extra cost.
