Who is Eligible? DoPT Guidelines for AICS 2026
The CCSCSB strictly regulates participation to ensure fair play among civilian government employees. Sending ineligible players will lead to immediate disqualification of the entire team without notice.

Age Categories for Yogasana
The tournament will feature separate competitions for Men and Women across three distinct age groups: Upto 40 years, 40-50 years, and Above 50 years. The crucial cut-off date for calculating age is March 31st of the previous financial year.
The 4 Mega Events & Syllabus Guidelines
The championship is divided into four spectacular events. A single highly skilled competitor is permitted to participate in all four events if selected.
- 1. Traditional Solo Yogasana: Consists of First and Final rounds (if participants > 15, only Final round). Participants must perform 3 compulsory and 2 optional asanas. Compulsory asanas must be held for 45 seconds, and optional ones for 30 seconds.
- 2. Artistic Solo: Presentation of 10 asanas (forward/backward bending, hand/leg balancing, twisting) beautifully synchronized with melodious/classical music within 150-180 seconds.
- 3. Artistic Pair: Two participants form pyramids or structural formations (body touch allowed). They perform 10 different postures to music.
- 4. Rhythmic Pair: The pair must perform the exact same posture simultaneously without any body touch, perfectly synchronized with the rhythm of the music.
Dress Code Rule: All athletes must wear proper yoga costumes (stretchable, tight-fitting, non-transparent). The neckline must be around the neck with absolutely no cuts. Props are strictly banned during Artistic and Rhythmic events.
How to Submit the Entry Form & Contact Details
Regional Sports Boards (RSBs) and State Secretariats must act fast. Entries must be submitted in the prescribed Annexure-II format along with verified photocopies of the players’ official ID cards.

- Obtain the signature and seal of the Competent Authority on the Verification Certificate.
