Interested volunteers must submit their applications to their respective Divisional Heads before March 09, 2026. Use the following format for your covering letter.
“Respected Sir/Madam,
I, [Name], working as [PA/SA] in [Division Name], hereby volunteer for Field Service to the Army Postal Service for the May 2026 cycle. I am a permanent employee and meet the eligibility criteria prescribed in Addl DG APS letter No. 90413/APS-1C/Pt (XI) dated 07 Jan 2026. Please forward my application for the medical screening scheduled in May 2026.”
