Institutions located in aspirational blocks and border areas, as well as those involving girl students and differently-abled participants, are highly encouraged to apply. The initiative aims to create mass awareness through practical activities like cleanliness drives and rallies. Applications must be submitted via email to the designated outreach address within the stipulated timeline.

Organizers must adhere to the submission deadlines to be considered for financial support. Remote areas include Kashmir, Ladakh, North-East States, Andaman & Nicobar, and Lakshadweep.

2. Mandatory Activities & Grant Utilization

To qualify for the grant, institutions must conduct specific mandatory activities. The financial support covers prizes, refreshments, and publicity material.

The Ministry has streamlined the funding process to ensure accountability. A crucial aspect of this program is the timely submission of the Utilization Certificate (UC) and Statement of Expenditure (SoE). Organizations that submit these documents promptly along with the event report (including photos and videos) not only ensure the smooth settlement of the current grant but also establish a credible track record.
